Here are some list of ongoing scholarship to study Masters or PhD abroad that are fully funded;

1. University of Bologna International Scholarships;

This scholarship is worth €4,500 and covers all tuition fees. It's awarded for one year based on your SAT or GRE scores and financial need.

To apply, you must:

1. Have a non-Italian diploma that qualifies you for your chosen program.

2. Take the required test (SAT for undergraduate programs or GRE for graduate programs) by the application deadline.

Host Country: Italy 

Eligible Country: All Countries are allowed to enroll for this scholarship.

Deadline: July 2024

2. Romanian Government ARICE Scholarship;

Scholarships for studies in accredited higher education institutions in Romania are awarded through a competition of files based on the regulations in force, by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Scholarship involve fully fully paid school fees and accommodation. 

Qualification for this scholarship are;

1. A complete submitted documents.

2.presentstudy documents issued by accredited/recognized education institutions in the country where they were issued.

3. Have good results in education, respectively  an average of the study years, for the last graduated school of at least 7 (seven) corresponding to the scoring system in Romania or the "Good" score, as the case.

Please note that scholarships are NOT awarded in the fields of MEDICINE, DENTAL MEDICINE and PHARMACY.

3. David Sainsbury Scholarship in UK (University of East Anglia);

The scholarship payment involves the full cost of the tuition fee (£31,000 for 2023-24), maintenance grant (exact value at the UKRI postgraduate researcher stipend level to be determined for 2023-24; in 2022-23 it was £17,668) and additional £4,000 for travel costs (subject to valid economy class travel receipts).

To be eligible for this scholarship;

1.You are in receipt of an offer of a place on the UEA MSc in Global Plant Health

2.You are a national of or domiciled in a least-developed, low-income, or lower-middle-income country or territory as defined by the Overseas Development Agency Development Assistance Committee (DAC) list.

4. Japan Study Support Scholarship;

The Japan Study Support Scholarship will provide; 500,000 yen financial support paid to ONE successful applicants after he/she has enrolled into their specified Japanese university. 100,000 yen financial support paid to TWO successful applicants after he/she has enrolled into their specified Japanese university. 

To be eligible for this scholarship; 

1.Has been accepted to a Japanese university for a degree program starting in Spring 2024 (April/May) or Autumn 2024 (September-November).

Note: Language students and short-term students are not eligible.

2.Has an account on the Japan Study Support website (JPSS). 

3. Received a message from the university through JPSS before being accepted.

4.Can be interviewed in Japanese or English.

5.Has a Japanese bank account in their own name to receive scholarship funds.

- Internet banks are not accepted.

6. Is not a Japanese citizen."

5.University of Saskatchewan Graduate Scholarship 2024;

University of Saskatchewan Graduate Scholarship is a fully funded masters and PhD scholarship for international students. This scholarship provides $30,000 for PhD and $25,000 for masters per annum along with $5,000 travel allowance, which may be used over the life of the award.

6. Qatar University Scholarship;

 The Qatar University invites students to apply for its 2024 Scholarship.This scholarship is available for students from all countries seeking Bachelor degree in Qatar.This scholarship benefit offers full scholarship, QR 6000 stipends, accommodation and textbooks.
